Cover Crazy (20)

Cover Crazy is a weekly meme that was created by Tawni over at The Book Worms to show which cover(s) you are absolutely going crazy over!

This week I absolutely love the cover for... The Pledge by Kimberly Derting!


Here's why:
  • I really love the contrasting colors and how most of the book is black... It kind of makes the book look creepy!
  • If you look really closely, you can see the word "pledge" in the background, faintly...  Really cool!
  • The model looks like she's carrying a secret, and in the description, it says that the main character, Charlie, has a secret.
  • The cover seems to really reflect the vibe and tone of the book.  If you read the description it'll make more sense :)
What do you guys think about the cover?

    Have you seen the cover for ANATHEMA by Megg Jensen or its upcoming sequel? They're also hooded and also very, very pretty!

    I love this cover. I like the cover model's expression and that black shroud thing on her head. The title placement is really cool too.
